BoldWorship.com grants you a non-exclusive non-transferable sub-license to the music notation described above, including any text and lyrics (the WORK) for the limited purpose to view, play, and print the WORK from a digital computer file (the FILE) on a single terminal of a single computer in a single location. Any further duplication or use is prohibited. Title to the WORK or FILE is not transferred to you. The WORK is owned by its composer(s), lyricist(s), and publisher(s), and is licensed by BoldWorship.com. BoldWorship.com reserves all other rights.

2. COPYRIGHT. Unauthorized duplication of music or lyrics is theft and economically injuries the composers, lyricists, and publishers who have prepared the WORK. It is a violation of Federal law and this License for you to copy, or reproduce, in whole or in part, the printed WORK or FILE beyond the number of purchased copies. You shall not make or permit any third party to make any further copies of any part of the WORK or FILE whether in eye or machine-readable form. United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and all other applicable laws protect the WORK and the FILE.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. In order to access the WORK and FILE, you will be required to download, install and use the third party software called Adobe's Acrobat Reader. The SOFTWARE is subject to License Agreements between you and the respective developers and publishers (the SOFTWARE LICENSES). This License is subject to and incorporates the terms of the SOFTWARE LICENSES.

4. CUSTOMER REMEDIES. BoldWorship.com's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at BoldWorship.com's option, either (a) return of the price paid for the WORK or (b) replacement of the WORK. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the WORK, SOFTWARE, FILE or hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication, or in the event that you have not agreed to or complied with the terms of this License and the SOFTWARE LICENSES.

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. BoldWorship.com disclaims any other warranties with respect to the WORK, SOFTWARE or FILE, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation that they are free from defects, will perform in accordance with its documentation, is merchantable, or is fit for any particular purpose, and (b) BoldWorship.com shall not have or incur any liability to you for any loss, cost, expense or claim (including without limitation any liability for loss or corruption of data and loss of profits, revenue or goodwill and any type of special, indirect or consequential loss) that may arise out of or in connection with your purchase and use of the WORK.

6. TERMINATION. This License shall terminate automatically in the event that you have not agreed to or complied with the material portions of this License or the SOFTWARE LICENSES. Upon notification of such termination, you agree to immediately destroy all copies of the WORK and FILE.

Purchase of the Worship Vocals includes permission to make up to 12 copies. If you need to make more than 12 copies, click on "add to cart" and enter the number of additional copies in the box provided. You will be charged .50 for each additional copy.

Delivery Information

BoldWorship.com is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs

Your exact shipping and handling cost, available shipping options, and any applicable taxes will appear in your Shopping Cart. Since BoldWorship.com ships nationally, it is not possible to calculate shipping and handling cost before logging in.

Additional shipping costs

We gladly offer overnight, two or three-day service. You can be charged an additional shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

Normally you will receive products within 5 business days with standard shipping. On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. BoldWorship.com will not be held responsible for shipping errors made by shipping services.

Refund Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all BoldWorship.com products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us, we will promptly send you a replacement. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
